Umbria Jazz
Perugia hosts one of the most important jazz festivals in the world - 'Umbria Jazz' - which is held every year in July. During Umbria Jazz the entire historical centre with its little clubs and theatres, streets and piazzas comes alive with a magic, electrifying atmosphere, where the city becomes a melting pot of music, history and architecture. For the whole ten days of the festival the centre becomes a citadel of music with shows and concerts that take place at every hour of the day and night from midday onwards: in the piazzas, many of the shows are free.

Any kind of chocolate for any taste: Dark, milk, candy, pudding and chilli chocolate: you can have it as you like and as you dream. A special occasion to visit this city which, beyond this event, has a strong tradition of chocolate production. In these days it will be a bit crowded with tourist-gourmands, but Perugia is a lovely town, to be visited any month of the year.
