Manoquercia takes its name from the shape of a large oak tree which dominates the old farmhouse, the trunk opens up in the shape of a big hand with branches similar to fingers and supports a tree-house ideal for children’s games. Situated in beautiful countryside, on a winding valley surrounded by wooded areas and cultivated fields, this original property is particularly intimate to ensure perfect privacy. The property is composed of a large villa overlooking Todi, equipped with two lovely outdoor areas furnished for dining, and a very large guest annex located in front of the pool, both at 60 metres from the main house. Four hectares of lawn with olive trees surround the whole property. The creative renovations done by the owner, a brilliant architect, have combined tradition by preserving the original ceilings with their wooden beams, and technology, by equipping the kitchen in a modern functional style. The glass doors of both the kitchens have direct access to their own equipped outside area. Particularly pleasant is the pergola, covered with lush green plants, furnished with a long table and rustic benches. The pergola leads to another area where a large stone barbeque is located.

good Dear Jamal Thank you very much for your feedback it was very useful, however this is the first time we have had a complaint about the mattresses at Manoquercia. We have contacted the owner who appreciated your comments and will be changing the mattresses and looking into the wasp problem. Kind Regards, HOME IN ITALY Hi We had a nice holiday Feedback: The place was very nice - large grounds, plenty of rooms. To improve: The beds in the house are unacceptable - planks of wood with a thin mattress - really should invest the money to make at least 3 star hotel standard. The pool is quite far from the house but is very nice - could be warmer! The wasps do become a problem so people should be aware. Bottom line is that the house has huge grounds, nice olive trees and is nice- just get new mattresses and will make a big difference Thanks Jamal Pesaran

very good Thank you! Beautiful villa as described in the brochure. The maid service was satisfactory, and Nadia was excellent. Perfect for our needs. The villa was spacious with several outdoor areas, a nice pool area, spacious villa for us. Landscaping and garden were beautiful. Thanks for your hepl. See you next year!

excellent Dear Monina Thanks for the email. We are now in San Francisco in the USA, but memories of Manoquercia are still very fresh! We thought the house was lovely. Our impressions were that it was a lovely house, in a wonderful setting - very private, very secluded and exactly what we were hoping for. We were greeted by the very friendly staff there - Nadia and Rolando - who were both very helpful, and as the two weeks progressed they were kind and supportive and helpful, and available - while at the same time leaving us to get on with our holiday. The house itself worked very very well for us. Perhaps not as chic as Palazetto last year, but very very comfortable and stylish. Everything in the house was of very high quality, and the house had been very carefully thought about and carried through.The house was well equipped, though it could do with more storage space - food storage space in the kitchen, and personal storage space in the bedrooms. Our only real problem was with wasps, and we thought there might be some wasps' nests close to the covered area near the main door and near to where the cars parked, which might be worth dealing with. The pool was lovely, and beautifully kept by Rolando, who also kept the grounds immaculately. So thank you very much for a wonderful house. We had a wonderful holiday.
